Ah, another late night blog after a great dinner with some of dad's friends. The power actually went out about 7:30 but we stayed until about 9 with candles, and dad's place has a generator (thus the ability to do this...)
This beer will be more prophetic that really tasty, as I kayaked a few miles early this am, axed down a tree, plus sent out a bunch of emails trying to find some prospects (well, ok that latter wasn't that strenuous physically but my brain is exhausted....).
No pic as the camera is somewhere else (i may add later), but this one runs to the malty sweet side of ales. For my taste, it could be a bit less so and maybe a tad crisper as it tends to linger in the mouth too long.
Specs:
Full Name: McSorley's Irish Pale Ale
Brewed By: McSorley's Brewery
From: Latrobe PA
ABV: 5.5% (?)
Hum, this one seems to really be of unknown origin, labeling aside, as there is no website. It is interesting just how many beers out there are like this. I wouldn't chose to drink this one again, but I probably could if it was all there was. Ah well, until tomorrow night...
