Day 327 - Pale Ale

Enough, fruited/spiced stuff, just a simple, plain pale ale tonight, in prep for the big bottle palie tomorrow night.
More yellow than orange, and a non-descript nose, leads to a simple, drinkable beer. Nothing fancy, just a beer. Don't get me wrong, it is better than the massed produced, or the "premium" European exports, but nothing notable after that, other than being a new brewer.
Specs:
Full name: Pale Ale
Brewed By: Napa Smith Brewery
From: Napa CA
ABV: 5.2%
I guess if you were having a wine party with a Napa theme, you could have this beer on hand for your friends that don't wine, and be safe.
Cheers.

Day 236 - 420

So back down in Pinehurst for the night, and had to find something at the grocery store, which for whatever reason, only carried expensive belgium ales and mass-brews in singles, so found a six pack. The price one pays...

So, extra pale ale in this case means pale color and a pale amount of hops, but it is also an easy drink that isn't too sweet, so all in all, acceptable.

Specs:

Full Name: 420 Extra Pale Ale
Brewed By: Sweet Water Brewing Co
From: Atlanta GA
ABV: 5.4%

Not much more to add to this one. A decent, easy to drink beer that leans to the hops side rather than malt.
