Day 185 - Twisted Thistle

Real beer is always a pleasure to find, and especially in a big bottle with above average ABV. This is a real, real beer..

The color of a blazing summer sunset, a fine smooth hops flavor with that citrus undertone, and clean finish. Trust the Scots to make good use of these ingredients, and while a good single malt is tasty, it is good these were turned into beer instead. This one almost calls for a trip to Scotland to visit the home brewery.

Specs:

Full Name: Twisted Thistle IPA
Brewed By: Belhaven Brewery Co
From: Dumbar Scotland
ABV: 6.1%

A great start to a hopefully successful restock of the pipeline this evening. Of course, I somehow loaded it with 4 of 6 palies... ;>)
