Back to Durham, celebrating my younger brother Ned's B-day tonight. I had to wait a bit after the dessert, bananna creme pie with a chocolate layer over the crust. Delish.
Another from the pipeline, and surprise, an IPA... ;>) This one has the classic orange color, dry aroma, and full hops flavor. Still, it seems to be missing something, and falls just short of being truly great.

So, this one is "certified organic" by the COOF. I bet I could be certified by some organization if I found one to test me, but I doubt having the certified stamp on my forehead would impress anyone.... ;>)
