Day 199 - Tyskie

Another European beer, from a new brewer, and I carefully looked the label over for "premium", but the closest they got was "the original recipe", and given this didn't taste like fried chicken and it has a date of 1629, it passes the test.

Actually it is a rather tasty, and not an overbearing beer. Very light in color, with a dry wash over the taste buds, and a crisp finish. Very drinkable, on any occasion. It lacks a little of the depth in my opinion that Lion Lager has, so doesn't beat that out, but it has that european imported alure without that nasty european exported taste.

Specs:

Full Name: Tyskie
Brewed By: Kompania Piwowarska
From: Poland
ABV: 5.6%

Since this one goes down easily, it would go well with any type of drinking game, if one were so inclined. Also, the price was on the lower side for an imported beer, and actually, I usually pay more for some of the micro-brews from the US, so on a price/benefit analysis, this one is a decent value.
